Kevin's Kitchen: Playing with Quesadillas

A thyroidectomy requires a life change. That includes changing eating habits. The purpose of Kevin's Kitchen is to help those with no (or little) cooking skills to create great meal

To make great quesadillas, you don't need to have a quesadillas grill, but it sure comes in handy.  And can be a lot of fun for the family. The grill is a press that toasts the tortilla while warming and melting a filling that sits between the two tortilla shells.

You get to pick the filling... and it can be almost anything!
